There are three convenient ways to establish membership and open an account at Greylock once you've established your membership eligibility:

1. On-line

Join Greylock and open your new account by filling out our on-line Membership Application. A Member Service Representative will follow up on your application by the next business day. Follow up paperwork to open an online account may include:

• Completed Membership and signature card, signed where indicated. All new membership applications must be notarized.
• A photocopy of the front and back of your driver's license (or other valid government issued picture identification).

Or if you would like to know more about Greylock, simply fill out our on-line Information Request Form and a Member Service Representative will contact you.

2. Visit a Branch Office

Visit with a Member Service Representative at any of our branch office locations. They will make opening a Greylock account an easy, pleasant experience.

To open an account at a branch, you must bring:

• A driver's license or other valid government issued picture identification.
• Social Security Card.
• Cash or a check for at least $5.00 payable to Greylock Federal Credit Union, or $20.00 if you are opening both a Savings and a N.O.W. Checking Account.

3. Give Us A Call

If you don't have the time to come into a branch, you can give one of our Member Service Representatives a call at (413)236-4000 or (800)207-5555. The Member Service Representative will mail everything you need to open a Greylock Account, even a postage-paid envelope.

To join by mail, you must:

• Complete the Membership and signature card in full, signing where indicated. All new membership applications must be notarized.
• Include a photocopy of the front and back of your driver's license (or other valid government issued picture identification).
• Enclose a check in the amount of at least $5.00 payable to Greylock Federal Credit Union, or $20.00 if you are opening both a savings and a N.O.W. checking account.
• Mail the completed Membership Card and check to:
